Day 1 :

Arrival in Kathmandu

Land in Kathmandu and settle in. Optional visit to Pashupatinath Temple and Boudhanath Stupa. Pre-departure briefing and health check.

Day 2 :

Kathmandu Sightseeing and Permit Process

Explore key cultural sites in Kathmandu while your Chinese visa and permits for Tibet are processed.

Day 3 :

Drive to Syabrubesi

A scenic drive through Trishuli Valley to the small border town of Syabrubesi near the Nepal-China border.

Day 04 :

Cross Border into Tibet and Drive to Kyirong

Clear immigration at Rasuwagadhi and enter Tibet. Continue to Kyirong, a border town with dramatic Himalayan views.

Day 05 :

Rest and Acclimatization in Kyirong

Spend a full day acclimatizing in Kyirong. Light hikes to nearby monasteries and short treks recommended.

Day 06 :

Drive to Saga

Journey through the Tibetan plateau landscape to Saga, passing by high-altitude lakes and open plains.

Day 07 :

Drive to Lake Mansarovar

Arrive at the sacred Lake Mansarovar. Spend time by the lakeshore, soaking in the spiritual atmosphere and doing rituals.

Day 08 :

Rest at Mansarovar and Visit Chiu Monastery

Relax and prepare for the trek. Optional visit to Chiu Monastery, perched above the lake.

Day 09 :

Drive to Darchen and Prepare for Kailash Kora

Travel to Darchen, the base for Mount Kailash Kora. Organize gear and supplies for the 3-day circumambulation.

Day 10 :

Trek to Dirapuk Monastery

Begin the Kailash Kora with a 12 km trek to Dirapuk. Enjoy majestic views of the north face of Mount Kailash.

Day 11 :

Trek to Zutulpuk via Dolma La Pass

The toughest and highest day of the Kora. Cross the 5,630 m Dolma La Pass and descend to Zutulpuk Monastery.

Day 12 :

Complete the Kora and Return to Darchen

Finish the final leg of the Kora and return to Darchen for rest.

Day 13 :

Drive Back to Saga

Retrace the journey back through the Tibetan plateau to Saga.

Day 14 :

Drive to Kyirong

Continue return journey toward the Nepal border with overnight stay in Kyirong.

Day 15 :

Cross Border and Drive to Kathmandu

Re-enter Nepal and drive to Kathmandu. Check into your hotel and relax.

Day 16 :

Departure from Kathmandu

Airport drop-off for your onward flight or optional extensions within Nepal.
