Poon Hill Trek

Arrive in the lakeside town of Pokhara. Check into your hotel and explore the area at leisure. Visit Phewa Lake, the lakeside bazaar, or enjoy dinner by the water.

After breakfast, drive to Nayapul (1.5 hours) and begin your trek. Cross suspension bridges and follow the river trail to reach Tikhedhunga. Continue with a steep stone staircase climb to Ulleri (if energy permits). Overnight in a teahouse.

Begin your day with scenic uphill trails through dense forests of rhododendron and oak. Pass through Banthanti and Nangethanti before arriving at the picturesque village of Ghorepani, nestled below Poon Hill.

Early morning hike to Poon Hill (3,210 m) for a stunning sunrise view over the Himalayas. After soaking in the panoramic sights, return to Ghorepani for breakfast and begin the trek to Tadapani through rhododendron forests and ridge-top trails.

Descend through lush woods and charming countryside to reach Ghandruk, a beautiful Gurung village with traditional architecture and Himalayan vistas. Explore the village and visit the Gurung Museum.

Walk down the final leg of the trek via stone-paved trails to Nayapul. From here, drive back to Pokhara and relax by the lakeside or enjoy a celebratory meal.

Transfer to the airport or bus station for your onward journey. Optional: extend your stay in Pokhara or combine with a Chitwan or Kathmandu tour.
